Cutting edge equipment is used in our packaging department. Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) and vacuum packaging techniques are used in our facility. Mixture of gases allows to protect the products from premature spoilage and to preserve natural color of the meat.

Vacuum packaging provides considerably longer shelf life to the products, and keeps quality constant throughout the extended shelf life. It also helps the meat ageing process, which results with softer and tenderer meat that allows faster cooking.

The green color of the trays in which we deliver meat semi-finished products is not accidental – we emphasize the environmental friendliness and quality of our product, simultaneously, distinguishing it from the mass of competitive products.

Being a company that specializes in meat products market, we are aware of the importance of the steady supply that meets the requirements of our customers. Live animals are delivered to our plant from unpolluted regions of the Russian Federation under veterinary inspection. All our products undergo laboratory tests and are monitored by experts of the quality control department. All our products are certified by the International Center for Halal Standardization and Certification.
