Meat workshop

The company is engaged in selling exclusively fresh meat, which, in particular, fully meets the requirements of “Halal”. Therefore, each stage of production is under strict control. We cooperate with Russian farms from ecologically clean regions of the Russian Federation, paying careful attention to the selection of each unit of livestock.

Each animal undergoes strict veterinary and hygienic control by the specialists of the quality control department, laboratory tests are carried out. According to the rules of “halal” slaughter of each animal is done manually, without the use of any machinery. This is the safest way – thanks to the release of all the blood from the body of the animal, we get meat, in which there is a minimum of bacteria.

It is also a way to minimize pain in an animal as soon as the carotid arteries are cut, the animal loses consciousness and does not feel pain until the heart is completely stopped.
