To comply with the quality requirements, our production is operated and controlled in accordance with HACCP and Food Safety Management System (ISO 22000) standards. The company has developed and implemented a solid manufacturing system and a food safety policy. As hygiene and monitoring system are the key principles of our uncompromising quality obligations, all equipment is daily disinfected.
Another key factor of our production is to keep “cold chain” unbroken in all steps and departments of production and logistics until the product meets with the customer. Therefore, all our production facilities operate at 0…+10 С; refrigerating units and vehicles used for the product delivery maintain temperature ranged within 0…+6 C.
We closely monitor the veterinary control of supplied livestock, we pay great attention to laboratory analysis, physical examination of each animal, as well as compliance with all hygiene and sterility requirements throughout the meat production process.
